Description

The emergency patient with an abdominal problem may present with various clinical signs. This webinar module will first discuss how clinical signs and diagnostic results will lead us to the underlying diagnosis and how the patient presenting with acute abdomen is stabilised. In the afternoon, the focus is on the most common causes of acute abdomen and the approach to the patient with hemoabdomen, gastric dilation volvulus and peritonitis will be discussed in detail.
